LEADERSHIP APPLICATION

Are You Called to Lead?

At the IFRW Convention this October, delegates will elect the IFRW Officers for 2026-2027.

If you are interested in applying for one of these elected positions, you will need to submit an application to the IFRW Nominating Committee Chairman, Michelle Buckwalter Schurman by July 31, 2025.

Elected and appointed IFRW officers shall be members in good standing of a member club.

Only one IFRW officer shall serve from any member club during the same term of office.

A candidate shall run for only one office in an election.

To be eligible for the office of President, a candidate must have:

  • One year’s previous service on the IFRW Board of Directors, and
  • Two year’s prior experience on the Board of Directors of a local unit club, or four year’s prior
  • membership as an At-Large Member with attendance to at least three conferences/meetings within that four-year period
